Biography

Rod Quinn is a freelance touring/recording drummer and percussionist based in Dublin Ireland. 

Having spent 10 years living in London, during which time as a member of funk/rock group "2 Tribes" he secured a recording contract with EMI records, he also studied with legendary drum teacher Lloyd Ryan. He returned to Ireland in 1997 and since then, he has recorded and/or performed live with some of the biggest names in the music business including, Van Morrison, Ronan Keating, Mary Black, Eleanor McEvoyRebecca Storm, Brian Kennedy, Frances Black, Sharon Shannon, Damien Dempsey and many others, performing in such iconic venues as ;
